Morning to afternoon session:

Just found out that our expensive room rate didn't include breakfast.... It's a big day for H.I.Photographers to attend the KLPF 2009 at Mid-Valley. So, all gathered at the lobby and began our day with hunting breakfast.. That's where we started our walk to 'Sungei Weng' Plaza as it's the nearest to our hotel. Up down the dead escalator (hmm foot massage again 2nite 4 Ngah Jamil, i supposed... hehe), none of the food restaurant or court was opened. Out from the plaza, so we decided to go to McD (sorry our dear Usu and Ngah Jamil)... NO CHOICE early early mornen. After breakfast, the team left Ngah Jamil, Uda Jol n Usu Nani in the hand of mine... Jadi tour guide was my duty for the trip. Sorry KLPF, no chance to go there!!

Evening session:

Saturday nite... ZOuk 4 some people, DVD + Snacking for youngsters... 

Morning session:

After breakfast, we had our shopping tour at Mid-Valley. Some of us terjah jerr barang2 kat situ as if tak derr lagi shopping lepas tu... Kekeke.. Our curfew to meet at the hotel lobby was at 12noon. We decided to check out from the hotel and moved to Bukit Bintang area, Federal hotel. Phew!! Room at Cititel was good but we were placed on the smoking floor which bothered some of us. Nak tukar bilik, full plak!! Lagi plak, we all nak enjoyed kat BB. Excitement, entertainment, enjoyment, you name it, we can get all this at BB.

Checked out around 1pm. Hired van (and driver) to pick us up from Cititel to Federal.

Afternoon session:

Had our quick lunch at KFC Sungei Wengggg Plaza. Pity our Ngah Jamil & Usu - terpaksa ikut cara anak2 muda, tmpt makan pilih sesuka ati jerrr.... Tak perr, asal alas perut ckit dah lah tu!! After lunch, we took train going to Masjid Jamek. Tak bleh lah nak naik taxi oiii... Kan kiter ramai.. Awas!! Orang Brunei pegi Masjid India, biasalah tu.. Sapu habis kain kat sana.. Hehe, maklum nak raya kan? We went separate ways from there. Some went straight back to hotel. Us - we went to Sogo 1st, SALE!! SALE!! SALE!! Handbags, perfumes, shoes, watches... Grab all we can and want!! Sempat gak chilled kat Secret Recipe before balik hotel.

Evening session:

Walked back to hotel from 1 train stop (cant remember its area name, huh!!) to our hotel. Menghirup udara KL sambil berposing2 begambar.. Kaki dah nak patah pun mampu gak nak pose yerr!! Muka dah basi pun tak kisah dah! About 1/2hour, we reached hotel. Perut plak terasa lapar!! So, out again to Pavillion! Dinner at 9ish pm.

Though we didn't plan ahead of what we want 2 do during our stay at KL, i could say we were very busy busy busy shopping 4 ppl we left at Brunei. Throughout the day, our Ngah Jamil mencari2 DURIAN... tak kesampaian! Sia-sia pun! Esuk kiter cari lagi yerr..

Tonight, our team will be flying off to one of the photography festivals held in KL (details as below). This is part of our team monthly activities - coincide with our anniversary month. All team members were informed and offered few months ago to join this outing. However, some members couldn't make it due to their personal constraints.

Our members going to this event - Ngah Jamil 180, Faizal 088, Nanie 502, Fizah 110, Zal 903, Alai Shikin 213, Peej 011, Hafizh 253 and myself. Of course, we will be accompanied by our family members - Usu Nanie and Uda Jol.

We thanked our 'orang kuat' at GPPS (Uncle Lid) for arranging our sponsor for this trip - GPPS and Hyundai Setia Motors (i think so??). Hope we are able to gain some knowledge and exposure from this event.

Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival (KLPF) is Malaysia's first and only combination of photography and travel events, which comprises a series of photography exhibitions, forums, seminars, slides shows and contests, for a period of two days. The Yearly Photography Festival organized by Photo Creator Publication (Advanced Images Magazine, Photo Creator Magazine, Travelmate Magazine & Travelution Magazine).

The KLPF offers FREE ENTRY to the public. The event will showcase state-of-the-art digital cameras, printers and solutions that feature the latest digital imaging products, product demonstrations and seminars.

In conjunction with this event, photography contests will be held with attractive prizes. It aims to promote photography as a healthy hobby, encourage interaction and extend the festival experiences among readers, photography enthusiasts, upcoming photographers, travelers and others.

It was a rainy day but we enjoyed our time. Difficulties working in our home district... we could not really concentrate in photoing...most of the time we socialized with public and relatives(byk yg kenal and menagur, kalau nda d layan kana ucap sombong krg). Ended up, some of our team members besungut "NO TOUCH" that day..and very frustrated. 

Credits to HIP-502 for the photos compilation. They were actually published in her personal blog site. In our efforts to keep our gallery safe in one place, here's the republication...
